Obviously it's Dre, no contest. Jay has one good artist and that's Kanye.

Not really sure you can give Jay the same credit as Dre regardless...
All Jay does is rap, about predictable things in an often mediocre way... I don't think he shaped Kanye West lmao, in fact he's been trying to Kanye since the association.
Also, Dre wins hands down for Em alone.
