Sorry for ruining your thread just wanted to say I really love these lines:

dark knight feeling, die or be a hero
or live long enough to see yourself become a villain
I went from the favourite to the most hated
or would you rather be underpaid or over-rated?

I tried to teach niggas how to be kings
And all they ever wanted to be was soldiers

some of Jay's best stuff is on AG, I Know >>>

I think Jay is sharper and the beats are tighter on TBA though
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified

I mean I like him a lot, he's one helluva an entertainer but I don't see how he gets this much praise.
No need to respond, this is more of a statement that I just wanted to get off my chest, i'm not here to question your taste or who you think deserves praise.

because of lyrics like the example in the op, his effortless sound flows, and his charisma is out of this world. he makes great music and has put out some of my favourite rap albums of all time

the beats on tba are probably better, i think the rapping is better on ag though. both top 10 albums to me though lol so it's pretty close
