The news didn't show a picture of the new model, we were told that Em would introduce a new model of the watch.

Highly doubt he wasn't doing anything for the album (at least thinking about beats, content) from June 2010 to May 2012.

Yeah, but during Aug 2012-now, he was not interrupted by anyone. The Slaughterhouse album was done, his collab with Skylar was done. He had all the time to focus on his album so i'm kinda counting that period as the most important one.

Well, it was definitely the most important period for the development of the album. But he wasn't really writing that much for any of those albums... And no way he didn't write something that'll be on the album before that period.
