i think she just uses a 10mm zig paper to roll the middle joint and about 2 sheets of zig to glue a second joint to the middle while cutting out a piece in the center to let airflow through. i've never seen her actually do it, but i see the mess afterward and as im hitting it i could sorta see how its made based on how the end product is. Gets you fuckin ripped to shreds
