Yeah top 5 might be a stretch, but he's definitely better than a lot of newcomers who get respect such as Future, Meek Mill, Wale etc..

MGK isn't a bad rapper and y'all know you enjoyed Lace Up.

Look at the MTV Hottest MC list:

http://www.mtv.com/specials/hottest/mc/

Mgk is better than (from the new upcoming generation): Big Sean, Future, Meek Mill. So I understand what he means, even though he comes off cocky.

lol @ 2chainz being #2 & Rick Ross #3

2Chainz definitely had a lot of buzz, regardless of skill.

for the current generation of music, which is what he's referring to, yes. i believe he should be top 5. he didn't say top ever in the history of rap. just top among the competition. i mean come on, big sean, mac miller, tyga, 2 chainz, drake, etc... fuck even black flag, a mix tape, was better than yeezus.

Cannot get into this guy. AT ALL. He's pretty corny and subpar imo.

Plus his fans are the most annoying fans in the world.
