Anyways this is very very hard to do, objectively speaking seeing as how I've been out of touch with Hip Hop for a long ass while and recently started delving back into the genre. In short making the first list as "objectively" speakng we'd have factor in things like impact and influence and possibly how well they aged, and I really don't care about that.
I don't think influence should come into play, just the quality of the album. Otherwise we'd all have overrated Snoop Dogg/Dr. Dre albums filling up our lists lol.
I do think how the album has aged should be considered though, because these lists are based on how we feel about the albums now. If an album ages poorly it's becoming worse over time so it won't be as high on your list (if it's on your list at all)

For example, Accor's a spiritual nigga, so Jay-Z gets a bit more of a nod. I'm a realist, so Atmosphere gets a bit more of a nod.
Ya know what I'm saying?
who says I'm a spiritual nigga tho
