I'm 100% positive he's not going to premier new music if it isn't even going to be streamed live. and if he does it would be really unfair to his fans. It's just an event, nothing more.

That would be a good move though, because people would hear "Damn! Eminem dropped his single? Where it is?" and there wouldn't be any HQ version of it until they release it on iTunes and everyone would buy it right off the bat.
