Yeah potentially. Nice production, one of his best hooks (which then connects up at the end of the song), and a good concept and storytelling.

It's just so simple. You listen to it the first time and you understand it. Theres nothing deeper to grasp. It's a good story it just doesn't seem like an Eyedea song.

Yes. That verse is hilarious and totally true.

Yeah I get that, but, it doesn't matter, it's still great writing and a godly hook. One of his better displays of storytelling imo.

You could go listen to some Tech N9ne if you'd like to ponder over different meanings?

Yeah, I'll get to posting a list tomorrow. I'll just point out that I actually really enjoy Liquid Sovereignty and Bottle Dreams, though I definitely get what you're saying about how straight forward and simple they are in comparison to the rest of Eyedea's catalog, Class.

I still never listened to a Face Candy album and I'm not sure why I've slept on them for so long.

Face Candy is only worth listening to if you're a die hard fan and just want to hear all his music. It's basically them just playing and saying random shit and having fun. Not much thought was put into it.

I haven't given Face Candy a go either, also, I rarely listen to First Born, which I'm probably sleeping on.

That's pretty disappointing to hear actually. How about Carbon Carousel? I'm sure they must have some great work considering Burn Fetish was supposed to be one of their songs.

Carbon Carousel is great. It's kind of messy but Eyedea's great writing is there and they actually come up with some good tunes and melodies. If you've never heard the song Skinny it's really good. Seizure Sweet is also really good.

First Born is great, but you can tell that he was 16 when he wrote it and still had a lot to improve on as a rapper and a thinker. It has some gems though.
