"The trouble with Eminem is that he’s inevitably grown up. Or, the trouble is he hasn’t. Leading into “Cleaning Out My Closet,” he urged the crowd to scream, “Fuck you, Mom! Now, fuck you, Dad!” The audience, a mix of people put on a list by a company, declined."

I find it soooo fucking lame and corny and awkward when he does that with COMC. :facepalm
Just because you had beef with your mother doesn't mean everyone else did/should, Marsh.

I find that extremely awkward everytime I see it now. And I sure as fuck won't do that for I'm 27 years old and my parents have been nothing but supportive. However, I don't know his target age group anymore, but if it was still teens, which I doubt, then it would make sense for him to do that considering every teenager hates their parents every once in a while.
August 22 2013 - from Berlin to Paris, 400€ spent just for Eminem. IT WAS WORTH EVERY SINGLE CENT!

He's right. Just enjoy it. I didn't record a thing but I never regret it. I was too busy watching his performances with my own eyes. So dreamy. :flutter:

Not accurate, in the videos I've seen, people screamed their lungs out.

Eminem sometimes, is the kind of entertainer that will use anything to get a reaction, so he is not really thinking about his mother personally when he says "say fuck you mom!" I don't really think about his real mother when he says it, I think about a fictional character in a song, no real feelings attached, I think a lot people think that way.

Also It's fun to chant things in a concert, regardless of content

Fictional character or not, it doesn't take away from the awkwardness. I'd rather him go with the "Fuck you, Debbie Debbie" shizz or nothing at all. He acts like he's still performing to some circa 2003 teeny boppers rebelling against their parents lol. It's not the same yo.

I don't like that in particullary neither. I wouldn't scream that If i was in a show, starting by the fact that my mom is dead and I always had a great relation with my parents.....But is just a concert, don't need to take the words too seriously.....But yeah it's kinda childish.

His Catfish opening was a shit ton better than Em's WBD intro. If it wasn't for the new songs that Em performed, I'd probably be more interested to watch Yela's setlist.

 Ironic how you picked a rapper that's light years above Yelawolf. He's a mean ass producer too. :y:

Well I fucking hate WBD anyway lmao, so I'm sure whatever Yela did was indeed a shit ton better than Em's intro. Never listened to Catfish Billy before so I'm gonna listen now.
Edit: It's aiiight.
