
From a business perspective the answer would be obviously no, since BP3 and even MCHD sold pretty well. But from a "respect" perspective, should he?
Blueprint 3 and MCHD were both horrible albums in my opinion. BP3 had some great production, and a lot of people apparently love the beats on MC, but god, everything else is so bad.
The Jigga man just sounds old, tired, and what used to be his saving grace (his flow) is godawful nowadays (Tom Ford contender for worst flow of all time).
So yeah, I believe he should hang the mic because there's no hope he'll drop something good again.
