don't listen to Kendrick if you want him to sound like Eminem, he is more like Tupac/Rass Kass in his albums.

He is more into painting pictures with his lyrics, eminem and kendrick are different rappers

He doesn't like Pac so I doubt he'll ever get into Kendrick's GKMC but you never know his upcoming album may do it.

yeah maybe,

now that I like kendrick, I really can't get into Eminem anymore, I know he is a great rapper but I can't listen to his albums anymore :-k
But I now fully enjoy Nas and Jay-z's old albums...

Eminem made me enjoy Royce anda few other rappers but kdot made me enjoy Andre 3000 and a few other rappers :flutter:

Disagree man

if you ask me, Kendrick's biggest influences are
-Jay-Z
-Andre 3000
-Tupac
-Lil Wayne

and I'd say that Ab-Soul himself borrows more from Lupe Fiasco than Em

I also think that ppl are now hating on wayne because kendrick blew up, Kendrick is like a better version of Lil Wayne

The beat is cray big Sean killed it. Kendrick did as Kendrick does and ole boy was pretty hot too. Talk making to much out of it enjoy the song and leave it at that they all a bunch of grown ass men I think they can handle any "beef" that comes from this themselves. Play yo role as a fan and be fucking subtle. That is all. But imo, he just started a war...

not on gkmc but he is highly influenced by Lil Wayne's flows and cadence on a lot of songs and mixtapes :y:

Not the lil wayne you hear on the carter 4, the Lil Wayne during his Hot Boyz days

I did but I'm now enjoying Andre's rapping a lot more :y:

I used pirate bay and haven't had any problem downloading any of their albums.

I have Get Lonely, Tallahassee, The Life Of The World To Come, Heretic Pride & Sunset Tree.

I can send you any that you want.

And I've listened to a little Radiohead but found it hard to get into. I thought OK Computer was alright but could barely get through Kid A.

na I can still recognize Eminem's greatness, but his old albums sound outdated to me.

It's probably because the production was different and original BUT a lot of producers are now producing oldschool-type beats...
I don't know man, a lot of beats sounds like better versions of the beats than you can hear on illmatic/iww/reasonable doubt/Atliens.

Em was not the first person to put anger and emotion into his verses lol If Kendrick is borrowing from anyone when it comes to that he's borrowing from Pac, same person Em was borrowing from.

Also, borrowing is a horrible word to use in this context.
