Hating on Em makes you look like a real "Hip Hop Head". Fuck KTT though, 90% of that forum believe Kanye has dropped 6 classics and use Kanye's sales/awards to back him up when arguing but dismiss Eminem's sales/awards

I have never seen such a large % of idiots in one place, at least this place has a decent Hip Hop Domain.

By the way good track from Em, Rhyming is quite good although sloppy at times, I found the flow to be good too. I will definitely be listening to it some more. Was disappointed about the Khalil beat and another chick on a hook hopefully we won't see more of that on the album, although it did not ruin the track for me. I do believe this album is going to be dark and this could possibly be an outlier track (Such as Beautiful was on Relapse) or it could not be on the album at all for all we know.

Just had first listen of this. Overall, better than most of what he's put out over the last few years, but I'm still not overly impressed. I could tell straight away it was a DJ Khalil (who although is still one of the best in the game, unfortunately doesn't seem to be evolving much as a producer) beat. The song has that similar raw, in-your-face vibe as WBD. The chorus is pretty corny in my eyes. The lyrics are decent and the third verse is pretty nice, but I've heard this kind of content many times before now. "Don't give up, I'll never quit, I'ma X til I X...." etc. I'm glad it apparently isn't the lead single, but there's some nice elements to it. it definitely has that motivation feel to it. The second and third verses seemed considerably stronger than the first. Overall it's decent for what it is, but I don't think it will age particularly well.

Good post. The thing we have to realise is - the CoD marketing team probably approached him about this. They had TIC for MW3 and WBD for Black Ops. They wanted a song that sounds the same as those two and has some lyrics that can be linked to the multi-player game play etc. It's pretty clever because you open up two audiences - the CoD enthusiasts read about the launch and find out there is a new Eminem song/upcoming album. The Em fans will probably support the game as Em has co-signed it (for a nice fee I suspect).

I agree with the above and that we've heard this before. I don't want a Recovery 2.0 - I enjoyed the album, but if there are songs on there with Skylar Grey produced by Alex da Kid - I'll be pissed.
