Dre doesn't produce that much anymore tho .. I mean he didn't even produce compton from GKMC .. like seriously wtf .. he's mastering nowadaysw

Yeah I know....surely Dre will produce for Kendrick on his next album? I thought the only reason he hadn't yet was because he wanted Kendrick to make it on his own or something, Maybe not.

I wonder if Em chose to not have Dre produce Recovery or if It wasn't even really an option....Self produced is the next best thing I think.

It would've been too early if it'd been out a year ago because we got BME EP in 2011.

I think he was mastering the album around that time .. Dre said in april, if I'm not wrong .. that Em is finishing up his album .. therefore he was still writing and recording .. and the mastering can last around 4 or 5 months lol if they are trying to make it perfect

He released 3 CD's in like 3 years including BME, dealt with Slaughter, Skyler, and Yela, and did some shows. He had every right to take a break, even though it sucks.

The last project he put out was BME in 2011, then Yela/SH/Skylar's albums, all while working on his album. I think he went ghost the first half of this year to focus on his album. But he sure as hell didn't take a break.

I kinda meant a break in albums, it would have been very hard for him to knock out another full LP during 2011 or 2012 pretty much is what I mean.
