Okay, I've listened the whole Recovery today and then Survival... I just can't change my opinion.... The song is just like Recovery... I'm not hyped for the album... I curious about the 1st single though.
Don't complain about my opinion, please.

I love Recovery more than any other of his album !
But this track is not of the level, where Recovery is
the 2nd verse is wack, he's leaving the flow...
I'm not feeling it !

Lol sorry JAGODA, I love you but you're being stupid. I'm not about to argue about how it's not like Recovery, but I do want to say...
Why would Alchemist say that Eminem is going into further territories if he didn't mean it? Alchemist doesn't need to kiss ass the way Swifty, Royce and Denaun do. They owe ther careers to Eminem, but Alchemist was respected before he was affiliated with Em. Of course, he's gonna say that Em's album is good, that's a given, but if he didn't mean that Em is traveling to new territory in his music he wouldn't feel he need to say it. He would just say the generic vague praise that everyone else gives him. Alchemist is someone you can trust because he owes nothing to Em, he's not gonna lie about or overhype Em's new music. That's what makes me think that Em is trying new shit, more so than Royce saying he's getting nightmares from Em's shit or Swifty saying that the new age fans will be surprised.
Also, I know you're disappointed with the delivery and voice, I just want to say that Em will have probably 14 other songs on the album to switch up his flow. There's always the possibility that he might keep this same delivery but if he didnt do so on Hell: The Sequel, an 11 song project, it's doubtful he'll keep it like this on a full blown LP. Be patient, what you're looking for is most likely to come. Just my thoughts, hope I didn't seem too full of complaints about your opinion

Porter plz, don't you have a youtube awards performance to fuck up
As a matter of fact I do. Thanks for reminding me.

Insidious91 wrote:^Where's your proof? And if it is from 2013, than I'm not hyped for this album at all. I was hoping he would change up the formula and not use a chick on a chorus every fucking time and have a more controlled delivery and flow. I will reserve full judgement before the album leaks but it's not looking so good at this point.

Be more optimistic.
Youre talking to an Eminem fan.

Insidious91 wrote:I did say I will reserve full judgement off the album. But I still can't help but be skeptical because he did leave us in the dark with solo material for 3 years and this song has a strong Recovery vibe to it. Can you guys not tell? His delivery is still not appealing to me. There are some parts of the song where it works but overall it's still messy and all over the place. Whatever I'm not trying to change anyone's opinions here and not criticizing anyone for liking this song. I guess I have no choice but to wait for the rest of the album and judge it then :/
