Will the majority of The album sound like Survivor?

Oh, and it's "Survival", not "Survivor".

I like Survival and I don't think his whole Album will sound like it . Mr Porter already said it's gonna be a heavier album and Kuniva said "The new Generation of Eminem fans will be shocked" .
So I still have high expectations ..

But also bare in mind that Porter said Recovery was "very reminiscent" of MMLP...

I think that TBA will have some reminiscent aspects of Recovery, but will most likely sound different. Porter said that Survival is 'light work' compared to the rest of the album, and these statements like 'Fans will be shocker' or 'Em' new music gave me nightmares' aren't lies. I have hope that this album will be dark, shocking and... awesome.

By the way, I love Survival and I'm glad that'll be on the album. The album will not sound the same as this song, though. Be reasonable, for fuck's sake.

I'll say this again...the song is good (one of the better tracks since Recovery) but I suppose the yelling was my only gripe with it. It's a tiny bit contrived to me and I was going through some threads related to the song, someone said something along the lines of "it's like someone who's clearly not angry trying to be angry on a song" compared to say Kendrick's "Control" verse. I don't know, it's still a good song (now) but I can listen to songs like TIC, Amityville, No Apologies, Soldier, Kim etc hundreds of times in a row without getting sick of them because they're believable, as opposed to songs like Almost Famous and 25 to Life, which is literally unlistenable to me now. Can he not rap like he did on Deja Vu anymore? CWYWF? Beautiful? On Fire? Hell, The Reunion even. 9 times out of 10 these days Em is clumsy with his delivery. 9 times out of 10 these days you need to listen to a new Em song about 12 times to determine whether you like it or not. Or let it grow on you.

On topic now. I sure as hell hope the album is more stripped down and more hip-hop with clean, not overly produced beats. And I want a clear cut concept/theme, not just him rapping about shoving a PS2 controller up some anonymous bitch's vagina or how he's "back again, homie" to turn the game on its head and shit on these/anonymous rappers.
