Bale's fantastic tbh. One of the best wingers in the world right now. He's not at Ronaldo's level, but their attributes are very similar. He's not worth the price Tottenham are asking for, but he's certainly worth a ridiculous amount of money.

There's no doubt that Bale is a good player.

But the price is absolutely fucking mental.

He has had 2 good seasons and 1 great season. Just one.

You do not pay a world record fee for one good season. 24 is not even that young, think what Messi had achieved by that age.

Madrid just want a 'big name' after missing out on Neymar. There are countless players who are better.
