I look for music that I like to listen to, if the album delivers just that I'll be content with it. Of course I want it to hang with his big 3 but no one's expecting that. Expecting a classic is a stupid move, when true classics are so rare. I don't care about how an album will affect someone's legacy, why should I? Why does someone's legacy matter to me when I'm just looking for music I enjoy? I just find it really dumb to care about what others think about an artist as long as you like him. I agree with Notalius. Legacy doesn't (or it does, but it shouldn't) make any difference.

To us die hard stans, yeah ... but survival was not well received. The majority of the hip hop community needs to accept the album to be a classic ..
It wasn't well received?
