Kendrick’s Control Verse Lifted Jay Electronica’s Status

Kendrick brought back life into the Hip Hop game after he unleashed a 3 minute verse that called out all the big players in the game today and told them that he was directly coming for their fans and that they need to step up or get out.

Billy Bones-ljeoma did a study on how each artist benefited from being mentioned on Control, by measuring the effect it had on their social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook Likes, etc.), the day after the release of the song.

It had great impact in general... it's a great commercial for Sean's album too even though kinda negative 'cuz whenever people talk about this album it's gonna be all about K.Dot's verse. Like a said a few times by now... that verse was a fucking game changers.
