Being a complex rapper doesn't mean that you're good.

Tupac was and still is one of the best songwriters - lyricists - storytellers - charismatic rappers in hip hop and he flow was solid and his albums are still better than almost every album released these last 10 or 15 years.

It had some great songs though. How to Emcee, Walk these Streets, Documentary of a Gangsta, Holy are You, Message in the Song, Dedicated and Euphoria are all great. There are some iffy songs but I feel like it got some hate because it wasn't really the style people were expecting. But lyrically a lot of it is just as good as anything he's done imo.

I didn't say it was bad... it was good but it took him 10 years to drop it & expectations were high. I honestly don't think it was close to his stuff with Eric B.
