Chance for Stan Part 2 or Detroit song on new album?

There is some possibility that there will be an old song sequel on the new album, maybe Stan part 2. Eminem has never done that while so many other rappers do it, and now when it is harder for him to come up with ideas it is logical. Plus the concept of Stan can be easily developed a lot further. And just imagine the hype it would create when the tracklist drops and people see Stan Part 2... And Em cares a lot about sales these days.
Also, there might be a song about Detroit, since he made a video for Beautiful in 2009 and some TV appearances and commercials where he talked about his love for the city, but there hasn't been a song yet.
What do you guys think?

It's never 0% with Em, he proved it when he put Rihanna and Pink on Recovery. He always tries to do something unexpected, and right now people don't expect Stan part 2, or any other sequel. I said Stan cuz it has the biggest concept, but TIC 2 or SFTM 2 are an option. I admit I'm reaching big time with this

Detroit track or even a single is 1000 times more likely though... with the problems the city has right now I don't see how Em won't show his support in some way, and the fact that there isn't one song in his career solely for Detroit...

Yes, and/or he can use a similar beat to that of Stan. He can also talk about fans in general not about Stan who already is dead, but just mention him, maybe in the chorus? It would be really hard to make a song even half as good as Stan was, but I believe he can do it.

Then Bitch Please II, even though it wasn't really his song, and Airplanes part 2, but that is a little different because it was supposed to be the first single and I think he couldn't meet the deadline and just became a sequel.

Welcome 2 Detroit. You can argue it was Trick's song, but it was actually Em's. He came up with the concept, he made the beat, wrote a verse, the chorus and then gave it to Trick Trick as a "gift".
Then of course there's There They Go, which IS a Detroit anthem, although he claims it's not, but it's Obie's song.

He already made a 'Till I Collapse part 2, he just called it Cinderella Man.

He does show support. He shoots pretty much every music video he can in Detroit, he stars in Chrysler's commercial and he tries to capture every opportunity he has to create jobs in his city.
