I would say, yes, a song has to have more than just multis to be real lyrical. It'll still be good, but it has to have punches and good storytelling as well.

Alright the first time I heard was a total "WTF?". 2nd, 3rd time I fucking love it. It's crazy, different, and Em is just going nuts. It's a bit too noisy, and too much shit going on production wise, but it's fucking fun to listen to and the chorus is sick. This shit is gonna be great live.
