Berzerk will probably be succesful so I don't think they will release the second single before the album. I think Bezerk and album cover/tracklist are enough to keep the hype up along with live appearances.

Not Afraid had a massive first week, followed by steady growth & longevity in airplay. Thus a second single before the album wasn't necessary.

It was also a month and a half before the album, and a pop anthem.
