Encore is a big pile of shit, no matter what you do to that shit, it is still shit. It sucked, it was horrible. Em was a fat drug addict who had given up. It wasn't because of leaks, it wasn't because of the illuminati, it wasn't because of anything other than Em sucking. It happened, it's over, it was almost 10 years ago, Em let it go, get over it.

You're so frustrating. It was because of leaks which lead to drugs which lead to a handful of awful songs.

Wasn't he on drugs during 8 Mile, before Encore?

I really wish Em would have taken How Come and used it for Encore, was probably the best track on D12 World.

I agree that the constant Encore mentions and the attempts to make it a better album are annoying and tiresome at this point, but to say the album sucked because Eminem sucked is an invalid statement.

The beginning of his extreme pill-popping addiction started around Encore. Sure, he was taking ambien during the 8 Mile shooting, but the leaks must have gotten to his head and he decided to literally say "fuck it."

I thin Encore was decent. It had some terrible songs. My First Single, Big Weenie, Ass Like That were probably his worst songs ever, and Just Lose It was his worst single ever at that point at least. But it had some real good songs too. Never Enough, Yellow Brick Road, Like Toy Soldiers, Mosh, Mockingbird, We As Americans and Love You More on the bonus. Em just needed to be smarter about what he used and didn't, and unfortunately he wasn't at that time.

I think Relapse and Recovery were pretty good albums, but nowhere near his first 3 major label albums still. Hell the Sequel was probably my favorite official Eminem (BME, still official Em music though) release since the 8 Mile soundtrack.

LTWYL wasn't his best song but its MAINSTREAM. It touched on people out of the genre because he's talking about something everyone can relate to.

I just hope Berzerk sustains the current buzz its getting.
