I'm saying that no artist announces an album and gives his fans the 1st single almost 70 days before the album's release date and not plan for releasing a 2nd single.

He could've said he's not making new music and none of us should have anything to say against him.

Crack a Bottle were released 3 months before Relapse, We Made You about 2 months and 3 A.M 1 month prior. So yeah, your theory about a second single before the album release seems legit !
