I think he was referring to them out spitting him during the time he would have dissed them...which was when he was drugged up and couldn't rap. Not now.

And yeah, I understand dissing pop stars was cool on MMLP. But I don't want random lyrics about hating One Direction or Justin Bieber. At this point, it'd sound weird for him to go after people he doesn't compete with at all. At least in 2000, he was considered a "pop star" by some and was trying to distance himself from that.

I'd rather he go after new school rappers.

Just had a dream I downloaded MMLP2 before everyone. Listening to the first track, it had a beat like kill you, but not.. It was slower, more bass driven. It began with samples of really neat quotes.. I think one was of a scientists talking about how a boulder takes shape from universal influence and how nothing can stop it.. Em came in sounding vintage, but his flow was boring! It was a let down.. But dreams are only dreams
