I know he's talking about being a baller. Otherwise this line would be even worse. Why would he even use this line, though? Not only is he using that Wayne-style punchline where he just throws in a word at the end of the line, HE IS NOT BALD. Therefore, the double entendre DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. Because, you know, he said "You know I balled- Chemo", insinuating that he balls and he's also...bald?

The chemotherapy line makes sense when its past tense, as balled is phonetically closer to bald, and chemotherapy usually causes your hair to fall out.

It's ONE of the worst lines, simply due to how it's delivered. Another contender for worst line would be Em's shit wipe line on "Take From Me". It's not a good line. It's absolutely horrible, and, like Em did, Drake DROPS THE FUCKING BEAT just to say this line which I'm sure he thought was great. Em's dogshit line was a simple pun/simile. Not good in any way, but not horrendous. Drake combined horrible pun with failed attempt at double entendre with horrible Wayne-punchline delivery with dropping the beat JUST to emphasize the punchline. That's why I hate it.

How so? The line was on a song about fucking women, and Em wanted to emphasize what an asshole he was. The dogshit line sounded vicious, like Em was beginning to get slightly pissed at the woman he was with. He's been wacky and has made punchlines about everything under the sun since day one. I guess you could say Eminem is not exactly the epitome of class (badum tchhhhhh)

I'm pretty sure he mentioned macadamia nuts because of the fact that he's white and his fans are white. Thus, the type of "nut" his fans are is macadamia nuts. Also, as far as I know, Em's verse was a more cypher-y type thing.
