This high-res unedited photo of the MMLP cover which I think is unposted, was publsihed in June when the photographer Jonathan Mannion had an exhibition in NY.

Love the album cover.
Like I said before since it's basically a photo of the the same place, the key to understanding it would be searching for contrasts.
Em's absence, the condition of the house compared to MMLP, etc. I think it all makes a quite profound statement as to what to expect from a sequel. It's deep, simple, yet eloquent.
Also loving the cleverness of the promo for this new album; first the whole media hype surrounding Em's football blank gaze interview, then we get an explanation in Berzerk.
Then we get a shit ton of hype surrounding Em's MMLP house being put on sale, then we find out that it's featured as the cover art of the new album.
Fuck man, if I wasn't hyped before, I sure as fuck am now. If the promo is this clever, I wonder how the album itself will be.

Looks like James Larese of Syndrome deleted that pic of the house he posted the other day and also made his Instagram private. Anyhow, here's the original photo with the caption:

I really like the cover. Plus some of these ideas you guys suggested are pretty good (it rarely happens, still).
