It really is, unless you consider impressive flows and rhyming 'something'. There are a lot of underground rappers that can rhyme like that though.

Another argument I see used a lot for relapse is its consistency, or sticking to a theme or whatever. But to use your example from earlier - I could write 15 songs about wiping my ass and they'd all have a consistent theme and be cohesive but it wouldn't make for a classic album.

On a side note, it's funny you used the example of wiping shit being such a terrible subject matter when Eminem can't go a whole year without mentioning it.

Oh no don't get me wrong. I love devils night. And probably one of my favorite songs on MMLP was Amityville, but to have people think bizzare is more artistic than Drake, cmon.
