I kinda feel sorry for Kim sometimes... and always skip the song, it's just too much emotions for me to handle. Too much hate. But the hook is useful sometimes, when I think about someone I hate.

Anyone read The Dark Story Of Eminem by Nick Hasted? It was written there that Em performed it live, not sure if Nick Hasted is a good enough source though.
