Only thing that disappointed me with Berzerk was the verses. And yeah, you can give me that "Well they were intentionally lackluster to parody the wack rappers he was indirectly talking about" shit, but I don't care. A sub-par verse is a sub-par verse. It seemed very lazy by Eminem standards. But everything else about the song was cool. The production was pretty nice, I enjoyed his attitude, and that hook is FUCKING GODLY. Seriously that might be one of the best Em hooks of all time. I love it.

Em intentionally made the verses weak because when we all hear the rest of the album our jaws are gonna drop. He lowered our expectations on purpose to scare us.

I know what you're getting at but the first verse is so so far from weak. Go to the "Best Multis" thread and look at the highlights. Now I know some of you get all pompous about it like "multiz don't make a gud vers yo". But they are impressive here. Random bullshit ones don't help, but it's a very intricate verse. I thought it was simple at first except for like the first 3 bars until I actually looked at it and broke it down.

@bailey: The second verse is sub par. I'll give you that. The third verse is "par" and the first verse is great. People are exaggerating with the critiques here.

Yeah, seems like we have similar thoughts then. It's a 6/10 song for me. Definitely not terrible.

It frustrated me because if he had cut down the voice effects and sing-song lines by about 20% it would have been a great song.
