Albums get handed into the Interscope hierarchy around 4 weeks prior to release for mass production of the disc so I'd expect Paul and Em to hand over the final copy this week. After that the tracklist will be getting passed around a lot behind the scenes so they'll likely release it officially via Em's Twitter before any possible leak. The tracklist will be out within seven days IMO.

No way album will leak 2 weeks before. If Em protects shit like Kanye did (and I think he will), it'll leak just a few days before it drops.
