I tried this program one time, and if you already got Cool Edit (or Audition), well it pretty much does the same thing... Is there a particular reason why you wanted it?

well i found a very very awesome rap/hip board in russian that has thousands of tutorials ... but most of them are for Sony acid and wavelab. :unsure:
