They will probably try to balance the album out with more than just 2 bonus tracks 'cuz they obviously won't be able to mirror the sound of the original 'cuz times are too different. Bonus track could be always raw or whatever & that won't count but will definitely balance the album out if it's kind of softer.

Em appeared on the Jonathan Ross show on June 5, 2010,... and I think we heard about the appearance at least a week prior to the actual show (~May 28) --> some 3.5 weeks prior to the release of Recovery.

Most likely a lot of those TV shows appearances & a few radio interviews in between now & like a few weeks after the album drops. Hopefully a lot more details about the album by mid October though.
The tricky thing is if they count Survival as a part of that late promo before the album drops...
