I can't see a second single coming before the album. Berzerk is still selling, Survival is on iTunes and will have a music video, interviews, tracklist.... I don't know, it doesn't seem like there's time for a second official single before the album.

Yeah. Well if it was an official second single, it would indicate that. Plus, you're right that it doesn't sound like MMLP2 material AT ALL. So it wouldn't make sense for it to be on the album. Bonus/Deluxe Edition track rightfully so
