I don't understand why you're panicking. It's already been confirmed that it's a Ghosts exclusive. Why are people now ignoring the official confirmation and wondering whether it's a single...?

I love the verses, all three... um, and the hook isn't bad, just generic.

Production is alright too - kind of generic also but again not bad; it's crisp and quality.

His rapping is very good on it though; the lyricism, the delivery, the humour; I enjoyed it a lot more than I have "Berzerk" tbh. But I hope it's not on MMLP2; the themes and style is too predictable.

My bad, it doesn't actually state that Survival is exclusive... still makes it seem that way, though.

My hype scale would definitely reduce if Survival was a single. It doesn't fit MMLP or the album cover. A bonus joint would be acceptable. :y:

"Let take it back to straight hip-hop and start it from scratch" line and generic beat & female hook on the same album? No, thanks. I'm not happy with the whole CoD thing if you tbh because Em doesn't need this kind of marketing he's big enough to do some decent numbers - even today. If they released more dope stuff like freestyles, cypher verse and let him do some dope features before the album drops it would look all much better. If they wanted to take it back to straight hip-hop they should've promote him by his own skills.

Absolutely.

The only similarity is in themes... just a broad 'fighting back' theme - "Survival" definitely could FIT on Recovery but the rapping is far fucking superior to WBD. FARRRR.
