As I said in the other thread, if Survival was on Recovery people would hear Survival then the rest of the album and totally think they were made for 2 different albums. His lyrics, flows, and voice tbh aren't really Recovery-ish at all. Just the beat and the hook, really. I literally hearing nothing else of Recovery. Let's not speak of Recovery anymore.

No, we wouldn't see a difference you know why ? Em has multiple Screaming/shouting flows on that album. Seduction doesn't sound like Almost famous and both on fire and cold wind blows sound different too. The song would fit perfectly on recovery.

People still think that it's the same shouting. You can clearyl hear Em doing that high pitched voice while shouting. He can still do it. Survival is completely different. Maybe not completely but deeper

Not sure if you were being serious or not, but why would anyone want Survival on the album? I love the song, but it would just take the place of an unheard song on the album....why would any em fan ever want that when they can DL survival and listen to it without it being on the album?

It would fit, I'm not arguing that lol. I'm arguing his vocal performance and lyrics. Which are a definite step-up. It wouldn't fit PERFECTLY is the other thing I'm arguing, I really think hearing this song on Recovery I would be like "whoah, how does he go from window pane to this?"

The lyrics aren't Recovery at all lol that is not debatable at all. Everything else is, but look at the lyrics and he structures this verses totally different.

Exactly, right? It's simply a matter of skipping the song if you don't like it on the CD. Or, better yet....deleting it from your iTunes playlist or what have you.
