I'm usually not big on fan made cover arts but this one looks good. The parental advisory sticker looks out of place but the cover looks dope. Very creepy and MMLP-esque.

There's some clown on rapradar saying he's a friend of Dart Parker, who I believe is a high up A&R guy with Shady Records. He's saying this Parker guy showed him a few clips of songs on MMLP2 and that he was mind blown, and that the tracklist is coming next Tuesday. I know it's probably bullshit, but god I want it to be real sooooo bad.

It doesn't look bad (you're obviously limited by the source material), but it would look a lot better if the camera was further back. I still think 'Menzo's idea ( ) would work better if just Em's shadow was visible, rather than him. The ambiguity would work so much better.

I'm fine with Survival being on the album. I'd rather have something we've never heard before, but it's certainly good enough to make the cut. What I'm not fine with is that Survival is apparently the official second single, because that's just lazy as fuck. No matter how great it is, a video game song released two months prior is not a second single.

Do you even have any evidence that this is the 2nd single? Or you just pulling stuff out of your butt? Why would they use survival as a 2nd single if it was realeased months ago, and they did all that build-up for Berzerk. Use some common sense. Your getting your panties in a bunch over nothing.

No it hasn't. They confirmed last month it was a bonus and that there would be a music video. Now that a video has been released some people now seem to think it's not only on the album but that it's the second single. Quite strange thinking tbh.

Well, I actually do. The protected Wikipedia pages for both Survival and The Marshall Mathers LP 2 list it as the second single. As these pages are protected to prevent edits from trolls and/or overzealous stans, I believe that counts as evidence, so feel free to jump off my dick.

wikipedia, c'mon. Everyone just needs to relax . Why on earth would they use this as a second single - it makes absolutely no sense. And everything we've seen / heard so far including the video makes it blatantly obvious this is just for COD.

A lot of news outlets are calling it a second single, but let's be real here...releasing a video for an original song to hype a video game and your own album is kind of novel. It's not a common practice, and I think it's completely possible these sites are just assuming "Oh, a second video. It must be his second single."

And in a way, it IS a single. For COD. It's just like movie OST's get singles and sometimes those songs make the artist's next album. It doesn't mean that song was a single for the album in question. The fact the game and movie are being released concurrently just makes this very confusing though, admittedly.
