I'm late in asking this but I wasn't around here much when 'Ye's last album dropped. But is anyone else on here disappointed with the production in Yeezus? Like, how many of the tracks did Kanye actually produce himself? They're all collabs and Kanye isn't even credited as a producer on a fair few of them. We're talking about a guy known as one of the best hip-hop producers of all time, who used to make entire 20-track albums by himself as a sole producer. Why do you think he's so open to getting beats from other producers now? Is it because now that he's such a huge star he has offers coming in that are just too big to refuse? I just felt the album sounded disjointed and incomplete, and perhaps working with so many other producers is a contributing factor in this.
Thoughts anyone?
