that's one thing i haven't tried yet :sweating:

but on psp just select the image you want cut it, then open up a new image with a black background and then press ctrl+e to paste as a selection then go to selection (at the top) then modify then expand and then put in how many pixels you want the border to be then cut the picture again and paste it

i hope that's right cause this is from memory :sweating:

edit: just figured it out for ps and it's kinda the same way :flower:
