Post approval for newly registered users

What about enabling the post approval for those who have less than 20 posts on Tr ? There are way too many trolls on this board...

please do this. and also if someone starts posting shit after 20 posts, add a extra 5 post approval so they won't post troll shit once they have at least 20 posts

With the amount signing up due to the album, 20 post would be way too much to approve.
With the 502 and 504's barely letting us approve anything right now. The new members would never get their posts approved.

im not admin (of course) so i wouldnt know, but that seems like a good point. but all the register-ers might post like 20 times total ever, and have no idea about forum etiquette and shit soo...

Registration was closed for a while a little bit ago while TR (though, I don't know if he ever did) tried to remove already existing bot accounts. The site pretty much went really quiet aside from the regulars. It was kind of nice, but at the same time it just isn't sustainable in my opinion.

Exactly. It's like driving a car without any access to a petrol station; once your tank is empty, the car isn't going anywhere.

Twenty post approval would just end up with members leaving because of how long it would take for them to be able to post freely. Admittedly, we occasionally struggle with just the 5 per new user. 20 would be a fucking nightmare.
