Mine is probably very basic and stannish but the ones I listen to the most right now:

Kendrick Lamar

Section 80 is a classic, GKMC is a classic. Enough said. I think he's the new king.

Yelawolf
My personal favorite rapper/artist. Great ear for beats, great flows, melodies, original content and very versatile.

Kanye West

While Yeezus disappointed me, CD, LR, Graduation, 808 and MBDTF are still some of my favorite albums ever. Especially Graduation and MBDTF to be honest. The production on those two albums blew me away and Ye's charisma is on another level.

Rittz
Didn't his album to be that cool. While he may sound boring to some, he's actually really awesome. Great ear for beats too and very replayable stuff. Can sing hooks too.

Pusha-T
Nothing much to say here, I've been enjoying him and MNIMN is dope as fuck. Honestly one of my favorite release of the year.

Joe Budden
No Love Lost had a few gems like Castles, Runaway, Skeletons and the song with Banks. But he's a great rapper (boring to some) and his introspective/deep stuff always gets me. Been listening to him a lot lately.

Danny Brown

Original, unique, stupid, he can do deep music and also TURNNNNNN UPPPP and make ignorant music. Absolutely love him and his weird ass cartoonish voice and character.

Jay-Z
Been bumping American Gangster and The Black Album a lot recently. Jay has always been dope to me, his guest verse on So Apalled is one of my favorite on the whole album. The overrated line >
I also like him a bit more than Ye on WTT.

Action Bronson
He's fat, funny, cartoonish too. I love his voice, and he's just one of the funniest rapper out there.

Eminem

He's Eminem. Gotta have him on my list even though I've been a bad stan these days.

Honorable mentions:

Joell Ortiz, he's been putting out some dope shit no lie. He's always killing his guest verses too.
Schoolboy Q, same. Been killing verses here and there and can't wait for Oxymoron.
Mac Miller and Macklemore, white boys surprised me and both dropped really solid albums.

And more that I probably forgot.

RA the Rugged Man - Legends Never Die was fucking fantastic
Dirt Platoon - underground group from Baltimore. Their newest album Warface is probably my AOTY right now
Killer Mike - R.A.P. Music. Enough Said
El-P - His shit with Killer Mike is great. Run the Jewels is one of my favorite groups/albums this year
Yelawolf - been KILLING his features lately. Can't wait for Love Story
Chance the Rapper - Still in love with Acid Rap
Elzhi - Elmatic is one of my favorite projects of the last five years. Can't wait for his next LP
Death Grips - not strictly hip-hop, but definitely one of the most creative groups doing music right now. Their shit isn't for everyone, but if you like aggressive, ear-blasting, experimental hip-hop, these are the guys to check out. The Money Store is in my Top 10 albums of all time
Kendrick Lamar - one of the only rappers killing everything right now. GKMC was such a pleasant, refreshing surprise.
Somebody dropped me on my head and I'm for sure
That my mother did it but the bitch won't admit it was her
I slit her stomach open with a scalpel when she was six months
And said "I'M READY NOW BITCH!! AIN'T YOU FEELIN THESE KICKS CUNT?!
