Last week it was #18 and the highest in the list, it's moved back. Too bad, considering his next album is MMLP2 I assumed it would be top 25 for a while.

This has a bit of a smaller buzz than Kendrick's verse I think, but Kendrick's impact was huge so it's still absolutely amazing.

This is what Em needed to get his old fans back I think. If the other songs are at least as good he might just top Relapse quality wise and MAYBE Recovery sales wise.

I can't speak for you guys in the States but on an international scale Rap God trumped Kendrick's hype tenfold. The fact it came out of no where with no video and yet it's set iTunes on fire is quite incredible really. I agree, after the lacklustre reaction to Berzerk and Survival this was exactly what Em needed and by fuck he delivered big time!

I don't even know if we'll get a video at all for this...but the hype would explode even further if instead of a cypher they just played the music video for this. I can't even imagine what it would look like. I still can't believe this song.

I don't want to be that guy...and I know it's very unlikely considering Rap God's release, but it is possible that they would just play his clip of a cypher on air. Yes, I know they've already been filmed but it isn't impossible to add another video clip after SH. I don't need it after RG tho.

It's a hell of a song to keep as a buzz single. Personally I don't think there even needs to be a video as that yesterday dropped like fucking Hiroshima.

I think we'll get one more song before the album just to keep the hype at fever pitch levels.

I don't want another song tbh. Rap God was more than enough. It's not like I wouldn't be psyched about another song but I really don't want to give too much of the album away. Hate to say it but that's why a cypher would have been perfect. Keep the songs fresh but get people hyped with bars. But what we have is perfectly fine haha

Reason I think we'll get another is officially dropping tracks out of no where creates FAR more hype than say leaving it until the end of the month for a load of songs to leak at the one time. If they dropped another next week to coincide with the interviews and performances starting then they'd keep the buzz levels through the roof.
