No. At most MMLP2 will be the 4th best album he put out, after MMLP, SSLP, and Eminem Show.

I think it can top SSLP. Not MMLP or TES, though, in my opinion.

I know, I'm just doing a prediction. Survival/Berzerk hurts his chances of this being his best album. Rap God gave me hope that this will be better then Recovery and perhaps be a good album, but I doubt this album will be as good as the first three he put out. I hope I'm proven wrong.

Yep. Wasn't far-off with Relapse.

In fact I'd much rather listen to Relapse than SSLP now... and they are sister albums in that they're very fictionalized perspectives. He's clearly in-character almost throughout.

On MMLP he intentionally grayed the line more to make it confusing/more realistic.

But yeah - he can - but not without consistency and concepts. Those two C's are the big ones for him right now; production has been dogging him for a while, and whilst "Almost Famous" and "25 to Life" and some great storytelling on Recovery gave the album some high-points... it doesn't feel like he's created a WOW concept in a while. I think MMLP2 has to deliver on that front.

Hopefully "The Monster" is it.
