I just think it's going to be impossible to prevent a leak after that day, an album leaking 10 days before its release date would be awesome.

Right. At some point they will be available but not necessarily immediately, there's a bunch of album available for pre order on there where you can pre order it and see the whole track listing but can only listen to snippets of the songs that have been released.
