i had a trex model from jp 2 in my office at my last job. was about as big as beer bottle laying down. I always loved that trex design.

^the animatronics from the first film are impressive (1993). just imagine what they could these days. probably use mainly cgi though.

the new mega dino in JP4 is a crossing between a T-Rex , snake ,octopus and a raptor .

I know the idea of a modified dinosaur put a lot of fans on red alert, and I understand it. But we aren’t doing anything here that Crichton didn’t suggest in his novels. This animal is not a mutant freak. It doesn’t have a snake’s head or octopus tentacles. It’s a dinosaur, created in the same way the others were, but now the genetics have gone to the next level.

i think JP4 will be alot better than JP3
