Just wanted to share a little bit of info that I learned from working in a few retail stores, as well as some research for those of you who don't really know the process.

At this point, about 2 weeks prior to release, Interscope is distributing the album into a lot of hands. The biggest chance for it to leak, is from the warehouses. Starting today and tomorrow and latest Wednesday, Warehouses for big stores such as Walmart or Best Buy will be getting shipments of the albums, so that they can prepare to ship them out to each store, which would need to be done by Friday, so that stores can receive them about a week prior. This process is fairly standard and is only different if a label goes about it differently, which could happen for releases like Yeezus, where it was announced and released pretty quickly, so it caught people by surprise and that helped prevent the leak. But this is Eminem, so the hype is high as ever and the album has been announced for about 2 months now, so I'm sure there are some Stans working in the warehouse waiting for this album to be received..

A lot of that had to do with how close the announcement of the album was to the release date. That doesn't happen very often with big albums, most of them leak much sooner than that.. Before people even knew about the album, the thing was being produced and being ready to be shipped.
