It's not a multi if they don't match.

Obviously, but I do think the 'conventional method' of multisyllabic rhymes (or at least teaching it) is to have matching syllables. Of course you can write irregular number of rhymes but it's not like it's part of the same string of rhymes.
And yes, plenty of rappers do that.
