The Netherlands usually gets friday releases aswell. Recently we got MNIMN on friday before the US release date, but MMLP2 is scheduled for november 4th.

I don't believe warehouses have it yet. I believe that it by being pressed this week and will ship to warehouses at the end of the week so they get them the beginning of next week to distribute. It doesn't take weeks to get from state to state.

Can anyone tell me why we haven't got a part 2 of the Berzerk behind the scenes yet?

I have to say MMLP2 era looks like a terrible era because we don't have any interviews, just nothing... pretty fucked up!
