With collapse I mean being down for like 10 minutes and even more without anyone having the chance to get on. Now it just goes down, and after couple minutes or even less you're back on (and then it goes down again for a few).

That doesn't make a person legit. A legit person would have info on the album as soon as possible, like someone that gets the album before others.
