We can't be I don't think. People have been saying it. Plus it's up for pre-order on two big places this week. Usually they put it up once they get it..

But from what I know, warehouses need to have it by today, b/c they have to prep the pre-orders as well as get them into the stores by next week.

Avril Lavigne's album just leaked, and it comes out on the 5th. Good sign for us, I think.

Avril Lavigne isn't as big as Eminem. Eminem's team, I think, is actually going out of their way to try to make sure it doesn't leak...

idk though because word through the grapevine says that the CD has reached warehouses. Now, out of all of those CDs, one person is bound to snatch one up and leak it.

Exactly, people want Em more than Avril they'll try harder for it, People/Leakers will see Avril came in the warehouses/stores and be like, 'oh well, okay let's take this too.'

That's correct. 1st in Australia. Exact reason why em isn't releasing anywhere else earlier

I can imagine this huge leak happening, and it results in a crappy quality album, where every track skips a bit.

When I used to work at Target I know that when they ship video games and CDs to the store (usually 5-7 days prior to release the store will get the shipment) they would ship them in boxes marked "Recall" to prevent suspecting employees from stealing it. Employees would think the boxes were full of damaged or faulty recalled product. They would then e-mail the managers in the store and tell them which boxes were not actually recalled material.

Basically I said all that to say this, If the store gets the discs 5-7 days before release then it is highly likely a warehouse would get it 7-10 days before release. So more than likely by Sunday night or Monday morning I feel this will leak. However, these past couple of days have been entertaining and has actually passed the time.
